Toffee Bars

Serves: 2 dozen
Ingredients
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, roughly 60 crackers – crushed (roughly)
  • ½ cups milk chocolate toffee bits
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • Frosting (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper or foil. If using foil, spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl or zip lock bag – combine both toffee and ritz crackers and toss around. Pour into prepared pan. Pour entire can of sweetened condensed milk over the ritz cracker/toffee mixture.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges start to become golden. Cool completely. When cooled, drizzle with frosting and sprinkle with any color / type of sprinkles of your liking.
  4. Cut into bars.
