Cookies & Creme Fudge

Ingredients
  • 20 OREO Cookies, crushed – divided (I prefer Double Stuffed!)
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2⅔ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Line a 8-inch baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Note: If you end up using aluminum foil, spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Place half of crushed cookies in the bottom of pan.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter, and white chocolate chips. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture over crushed cookies in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreo’s. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares with a sharp knife.
