Airfryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

- 1 cup (leftover) buffalo chicken dip (see link above for original recipe)
- ½ cup shredded cheese (I used Cheddar)
- ⅓ cup finely diced celery
- 8 Twin Dragon Egg Roll Wrappers
- ⅓ cup ranch
- 3 TBSP hot sauce (I used sriracha)
- Non-Stick Spray
- With a corner of an egg roll wrapper facing you, place 2 tablespoons buffalo chicken mixture just below center of wrapper.
- Sprinkle with 1 TBSP cheddar cheese.
- Spinkle with diced celery on top.
- Wet edges of wrapper with water using your fingertip.
- Fold bottom corner over filling and push slightly back.
- Fold side corners towards center over filling.
- Roll up tightly, pressing at the tip to seal.
- Repeat.
- Spray egg rolls with non-stick spray on all sides.
- Place in airfryer at 400' degrees for 10-12 minutes until wrappers are golden brown.
- Let slightly cool before serving. Serve with dipping sauce.
- To make dipping sauce - mix ranch and your favorite hot sauce.
