Airfryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (leftover) buffalo chicken dip (see link above for original recipe)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (I used Cheddar)
  • ⅓ cup finely diced celery
  • 8 Twin Dragon Egg Roll Wrappers
  • ⅓ cup ranch
  • 3 TBSP hot sauce (I used sriracha)
  • Non-Stick Spray
Instructions
  1. With a corner of an egg roll wrapper facing you, place 2 tablespoons buffalo chicken mixture just below center of wrapper.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 TBSP cheddar cheese.
  3. Spinkle with diced celery on top.
  4. Wet edges of wrapper with water using your fingertip.
  5. Fold bottom corner over filling and push slightly back.
  6. Fold side corners towards center over filling.
  7. Roll up tightly, pressing at the tip to seal.
  8. Repeat.
  9. Spray egg rolls with non-stick spray on all sides.
  10. Place in airfryer at 400' degrees for 10-12 minutes until wrappers are golden brown.
  11. Let slightly cool before serving. Serve with dipping sauce.
  12. To make dipping sauce - mix ranch and your favorite hot sauce.
