Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
Or you can use a meatloaf/loaf pan.
Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet; add the onion and saute until soft, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, combine the beef, turkey, rolled oats, eggs, parsley, mustard, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame seeds, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in onions.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Shape mixture into two 6-inch loaves and place onto baking sheet. Or you can shape into one larger loaf in meatloaf/loaf pan.
Brush Kalbi Sauce on top of loaves.
Bake until thermometer inserted into the center of a loaf reaches 160 degrees F, about 35 minutes. If using meatloaf pan and making into one larger loaf, will cook roughly 50-55 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with additional Kalbi Sauce.
