Chicken Pesto Sliders

Serves: 6
- 1 package of King's Hawaiian Rolls
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ⅓ cup Barilla Creamy Genovese pesto
- 3 TBSP butter, melted
- ½ tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half. Place bottom half of rolls into baking dish.
- Spread pesto sauce over bottom half of rolls.
- Spread shredded chicken evenly over top of pesto.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of chicken.
- Cover with the tops of the rolls and slightly press down.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, garlic salt, and parsley.
- Brush tops of rolls with melted butter mixture.
- Cover baking dish with foil.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
