Chicken Pesto Sliders

These easy to make, pesto chicken pull apart sliders are the perfect quick and easy dinner – and the leftovers make the best lunch!

Ingredients
  • 1 package of King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ⅓ cup Barilla Creamy Genovese pesto
  • 3 TBSP butter, melted
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half. Place bottom half of rolls into baking dish.
  3. Spread pesto sauce over bottom half of rolls.
  4. Spread shredded chicken evenly over top of pesto.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of chicken.
  6. Cover with the tops of the rolls and slightly press down.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, garlic salt, and parsley.
  8. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter mixture.
  9. Cover baking dish with foil.
  10. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Serve warm.
