Carm-Apple Martini

Carm-Apple Martini - Perfect cocktail for this Fall. Don't even realize there is alcohol in this!

Fall is by far my favorite holiday.   The weather, leaves changing colors, apple anything, pumpkin anything...the list goes on. I absolutely LOVE apple cider.   I have an excellent Mulled Cider recipe that I will post in the next few weeks. With that said, as soon as I saw Apple Cider in the stores, I immediately purchased myself a bottle.  Of course, Apple Cider alone is tasty, but if you feel like kicking it up a notch - Here is an easy (and super delicious) recipe for you! Apple & Onion Pork Chops

This had to be (by far) one of my favorite pork chop recipes I have done.  I made this a few years ago, but realized I never officially made it for my husband, Bob.  What's funny is that I make pork chops quite often, at least once a week.  So, when I was flipping thru my recipe book, I couldn't believe its been awhile since I made this recipe.  Since I had all the ingredients on hand, I thought this would be the perfect dish to make for dinner.  I tweaked the seasoning a bit this time
