Strawberry Cinnamon French Toast Roll-ups - - so easy and delicious - will definitely make again!

Typically, Sunday's are my husband's day off.  That's usually the day I'll make some sort of breakfast for the both of us.   With it being strawberry season, and the fact that French toast is one of my favorite breakfast dishes.  I thought this would be a perfect dish to try out! There were no leftovers in this house!  I will definitely be making these again. Super Easy - and delish! Perfect recipe to get the kids involved in the kitchen! Brownie Bottom Cheesecake

In a previous blog (Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells), you might recall my first dinner that I ever made for my now husband.   I had mentioned, if that dinner failed, at least I could win him over by my dessert.  My husband loves 2 desserts:  brownies and plain cheesecake.    I thought, what if I were to combine his two favorites into one?  However, there was one problem.   I had never made a cheesecake from scratch in my life.

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

This past Christmas happened to be the first Christmas that Bob and I spent together as husband and wife.  This was also the first year that we weren't able to spend the holiday with family.  Even though we were bummed not to be with family, we told ourselves that we would make the best of it.  We wanted to create our own traditions for future holidays to come when we start our own family.  I thought I would make something special for us to eat for breakfast on Christmas morning.  Homemade

Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookies

RedVelvet Cheesecake Cookies - #25DaysCookieStyle

Day 7:  25 Days of Christmas - Cookie Style I found this recipe via Pinterest from Two Peas & Their Pod.  As soon as I saw this, I immediately thought of my cousin.  He loves Red Velvet, so I knew I had to try this one out for him!  This recipe, even though it is time consuming for just 20 cookies, they are so delicious and almost too pretty to eat.  I'd even make them without the cream cheese filling.  These are soft & chewy!  The taste testers, including myself gave 2 thumbs up.
