Instructions
In a large sauté pan, heat 1 TBSP olive oil over medium heat.
Cut open bag of chicken and discard juices inside the bag. Break up chicken pieces if needed and toss into bag and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add onion and green pepper and sauté another 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
Add bag of frozen broccoli and can of pineapple to the pan, and teriyaki pouch. Sauté for 5-7 minutes. Once broccoli is fully cooked, sesame seeds and toss.
Serve with rice, if you follow and prefer a gluten free dish.
