I have more exciting news to share with all of you. Another photo was featured in The Province (Vancouver/Canada) newspaper on 11/16/14!
Every weekend, Gastropost features a 2-page spread in their newspaper. Thispast week’s mission was “Asian Noodle Smackdown” featuring food photos involving Asian Noodles.
The one chosen for the paper is one of my favorite Vienamese dishes – Bun Bo Nuong (Beef Vermicelli – chargrilled beef with vermicelli noodles, veggies, imperial roll and sauce)! See circled photo below!
