This month has flown by! I can't believe it is going to be March in another week. I love March for several reasons. My husband and I went on our first date back in March, 2009. We got married in Cleveland - March, 2013. We have celebrate our anniversary with an annual "March Madness" trip to Vegas - in a few weeks will be our 9th time! We only missed going the year our son was born (2016). Plus, the first day of Spring is in March, which also is when the Persian New Year, also known as
One Sheet Pan – Chicken & Gnocchi
Since the New Year, I have been on a One Sheet Pan kick for our dinners. What's not to like? You can customize to whatever flavors you like, throw all onto a pan, and have dinner ready in 30 minutes without hovering over the stove. Oh, and the best part?!? Clean up is a breeze! Yes, please!!

Happy New Year! We had a really nice Christmas and New Year. Very low key and spent it with my family. I wouldn't have it any other way. Christmas Eve I prepped my Cinnamon Rolls and let them do their thing overnight. I have been making cinnamon rolls every Christmas morning since we got married. I actually did a little tweak to the recipe this year and they turned out perfect. I will need to re-vamp the recipe for all of you.

Ham & Cheese Quiche
Believe it or not, I have never attempted making a quiche before. Not sure why. Maybe I thought they were really time consuming or hard to make. I've enjoyed them at restaurants or even at brunch with friends. I guess I assumed they would be difficult and/or time consuming, but I was completely wrong. Plus, I love how you can make so many different flavor combinations. And, you can make it ahead to enjoy on those mornings where you are short on time and running out the door. With this
