Looking for a delicious Turkey Recipe this Thanksgiving? I have been making this recipe for 6 years. I actually got the recipe from a Rachael Ray magazine back in 2007.
Wow, 2007 doesn't seem that long ago, but that was the year I purchased my first home in Ohio. That was also the first year that I started hosting Thanksgiving dinners at my house.
More Exciting News – 2nd Newspaper Feature
I have more exciting news to share with all of you. Another photo was featured in The Province (Vancouver/Canada) newspaper on 11/16/14!
Every weekend, Gastropost features a 2-page spread in their newspaper. Thispast week’s mission was “Asian Noodle Smackdown” featuring food photos involving Asian Noodles.
The one chosen for the paper is one of my favorite Vienamese dishes - Bun Bo Nuong (Beef Vermicelli - chargrilled beef with vermicelli noodles, veggies, imperial roll and sauce)! See

Several years ago, (before I moved to Cali), I took a vacation out to SoCal to visit with relatives. I always loved coming out to California to visit. Little did I realize, that I too, would end up relocating out to Northern California area for my job. I do have to say I absolutely LOVE the Northern CA area. It's beautiful and I definitely do NOT miss the snow :) Just wish all my Ohio family and friends could move out this way!
Grandma’s Baked Mac & Cheese
I'm sure everyone has some favorite recipes that their Grandma used to make or still makes today. Some of my favorite recipes that my Grandma would make were: Poppyseed Roll or Rigatoni Pasta. To this day, I am not sure what she did special about her pasta. But no matter how much I try to re-create it, it's not the same. When my grandma passed away, I found her recipe book and made copies of some of her recipes to pass along to my kids one day.
