Several years ago, (before I moved to Cali), I took a vacation out to SoCal to visit with relatives. I always loved coming out to California to visit. Little did I realize, that I too, would end up relocating out to Northern California area for my job. I do have to say I absolutely LOVE the Northern CA area. It's beautiful and I definitely do NOT miss the snow :) Just wish all my Ohio family and friends could move out this way! 

I'm sure everyone has some favorite recipes that their Grandma used to make or still makes today. Some of my favorite recipes that my Grandma would make were: Poppyseed Roll or Rigatoni Pasta. To this day, I am not sure what she did special about her pasta. But no matter how much I try to re-create it, it's not the same. When my grandma passed away, I found her recipe book and made copies of some of her recipes to pass along to my kids one day.
I don't recall ever eating my Grandma's 

Fall is by far my favorite holiday. The weather, leaves changing colors, apple anything, pumpkin anything...the list goes on.
I absolutely LOVE apple cider. I have an excellent Mulled Cider recipe that I will post in the next few weeks.
With that said, as soon as I saw Apple Cider in the stores, I immediately purchased myself a bottle. Of course, Apple Cider alone is tasty, but if you feel like kicking it up a notch - Here is an easy (and super delicious) recipe for you!

In my Farm Fresh to You box this past week I received apples, zucchini, and carrots. I originally had other plans for these items, but decided to try out a new recipe. I'm so glad I did, because this bread was super delicious and moist! You might even be able to fool a few people who typically don't care for zucchini or carrots.
Plus, I was able to use some more of the macadamia nuts that I purchased while in Hawaii! Mmm Mmm Good!
