Strawberry Lemon Bars

I rarely pass up a sweet treat.  Especially if it happens to be a good piece of cake and ice cream.  I happened to get my hands on a huge bag of Meyer Lemons.  Of course, all week I have been enjoying glasses of Mint Lemonade.  Which if you haven't had a chance to try, I highly recommend - oh, so fresh! Let's Flash back to 5 years ago...I had just recently started dating my now husband. We ended up taking an adventure over to our local Sur La Table.  I believe they had a free knife sharpening event going on, so I convinced Bob to go with me.  As you can imagine, me in a cooking store is like a kid in a candy store.  There were so many kitchen gadgets I wanted to get.  Bob was making me laugh trying on all the aprons and oven mitts.  Some of my favorite memories are from this date.

DIY Flag Door Wreath

DIY Felt Flag Wreath Super Easy!!! Because my Valentine's Day wreath and St. Patrick's Day wreath was so easy.   I thought it would be perfect to do the same concept for a Flag Wreath that I could use for Memorial Day / 4th of July!  This is a perfect craft to do while watching TV.
