I can't believe we are already approaching the end of the year! Where has the time gone?
Have you noticed that Thanksgiving is a little later than usual this year?
Thanksgiving has always been celebrated on the last Thursday of the month since the time of Abraham Lincoln. During 1939, November started on a Wednesday, so there were five Thursdays as opposed to four. Roosevelt then moved the National Holiday to the second-to-last Thursday of the month (which many were unhappy with).
