This is one of my husband's favorite dishes. I actually made it for him on our 2nd date! I had made this in advance, so I wouldn't have a mess in the kitchen when he arrived over my place. As we were hanging out, he asked me what I was making. I asked "do you like alfredo"? And his answer..."I don't like alfredo, it's not my favorite." I thought to myself, "Crap, he's going to hate this dish." I needed to impress him...I told him not to worry, because the tomato sauce with the alfredo

This is a perfect dinner option for those late work nights when you are short on time. (Which is typically how my work days are!) Just cook the ground beef, throw some of your favorite pizza toppings on top, assemble, and let the oven do the work!
About 5-6 years ago, I first tried Mint Lemonade at the Cleveland Airport Marriott. It seriously is one of my favorite drinks ever. We even had a New Year's Celebration at the hotel one year and brought a pitcher back to our suite. We combined it with Blueberry Vodka and it was delish! Everyone loved the cocktail. Heck, my husband and I had our wedding there this past March and they made a pitcher just for me to have during the reception! Since I had several lemons still on hand --
This week, my neighbor gave me several Meyer Lemons from his friends tree. I was super excited to make some new "sweet" recipes with these lemons. This was the first lemon recipe that I made with them. It was super delicious and had tons of flavor! I dusted with powdered sugar for the picture, but it also tastes great with a powdered sugar glaze. This was recipe was adapted from Alaska from Scratch.
I have plenty more lemons to make some more recipes with. I'm definitely open to any
