It's finally here!! The final day of my 25 Days of Christmas, Cookie Style. It took me a while to decide what would be my final cookie recipe I post. Day 23 : 25 Days of Christmas, Cookie Style
I love Reese's Pieces candies! I don't know why they are hard to find at times. I think my favorite way of eating them is with ice cream - actually a DQ Blizzard! Yum, I haven't had one of those in ages. I found this recipe on the Hershey's package of Peanut Butter Chips. However, I swapped the peanut butter chips for Reese's Pieces! Out of the ones this week, I would say my favorite was the Poppyseed Cottage Cheese Kolacky, followed by the S'more's Cookies.

Day 22 : 25 Days of Christmas, Cookie Style
Soft and chewy! Great flavor, especially if you love toffee flavor. I originally got this recipe a few years ago from one of my friends. To try a spin on things, I decided to roll some of the cookies in white sugar and brown sugar to see how they would come out. Both of them came out great! Gives it a different flavor and texture on the outside of the cookie. You can see the brown sugar ones in the pictures below.
