Day 16 : 25 Days of Christmas, Cookie Style
A few years ago, my mom made Oreo Truffles and they were absolutely amazing. I was debating if I should make those or something different. When I was shopping in the store, I noticed these frosted animal crackers (in Christmas colors) and thought this would be a perfect alternative to try. Out of the ones this week, I would say my favorite was the Vanilla Waffle Cookies, followed by the Peanut Butter Corn Flake Treats as a close 2nd.

I originally found this recipe on Pinterest from another blogger, Mother Thyme. It reminded me of a cookie that my Grandma and mom would make (Russian Tea Cake Cookies). This one sounded like it would be tasty with the pistachio flavor. Day 14: 25 Days of Christmas - Cookie Style
This is another quick and easy recipe. This recipe has been a part of my holiday cookie platters for a few years now. The only new addition I added this year was the M&M's (since I had so many left over from another cookie recipe). I'm a big fan of making cookies in different forms than the typical cookie ball. Two thumbs up!

Day 13: 25 Days of Christmas - Cookie Style
Even though this recipe is pretty standard and can be found from various places. I remember this bar from my younger years when my Grandma would make around the holidays. The only difference between hers and this one is hers didn't have butterscotch chips. I really like the addition of butterscotch chips to the recipe. My husband isn't even a fan of coconut, but loves these bars! These are super easy, and a perfect addition to any cookie
