I have had this recipe in my recipe book for years now. It has been a part of my holiday cookie platters the last few years! I honestly have no clue where it originated from, but I highly recommend this cookie. The name of the cookie says it all -- creamy, buttery goodness. Simple to make -- Plus, this is a good recipe to have the kids help out and decorate!

If you know what Speculoos is, you will LOVE this cookie. After seeing it at my local Trader Joe's and hearing the workers rave about this product, I knew I had to make the purchase.
