Unfortunately, I can't take credit for this one -- This recipe originally came from Rachael Ray. I made it a few years ago when I hosted my first Thanksgiving. Everyone raved about these stuffin' muffins! I think they loved how they were pre-portioned for people to easily grab/serve. I have made them every year since! As Rachael Ray would say, DELISH!

I made my first Dutch Pancake back in 8th grade Home Ec class. I had some apples on hand and thought this would be a perfect mash-up. Usually Sunday's are my husband's day off work. I typically will make a breakfast this day instead of the usual cereal, oatmeal, or toast that we have during the week. We absolutely loved this apple pancake - FYI -- it's definitely a sweet breakfast!

I'm a big fan of chili, especially on a Fall Sunday afternoon. This was a perfect meal to sit back and enjoy while watching NFL. I first made this meal a few years ago for a potluck. Everyone loved this dish at the party and couldn't believe how easy it was!
